Hello Friends! I come up with another FRESHERS Topic WHY FRESHERS ARE STRUGGLING TO GET A JOB. Let's talk about our Education System I am not blaming anyone so be patient and think about us (FRESHERS) why we are struggling to get a proper job in our industry.
Guys from our childhood to adult we see that in our school or in our college we never learned how to work??? getting my question we never learned how is market going on??? we never learned that why we all reading all that 12-17 books per year to pass out??? Guys what if we learned how to work in the industry at the beginning of our school or college. Guys just look back to your education what you have done you prepare for an exam the exams are going on like 10-22 days even a month if there is a board exam. from the beginning of our school life, we only heard that you have to score well to get a good job but there is no one who told us how to get a good job. Everybody our family members, our teachers, our relatives all are repeating a dialogue sorry for that but I feel it is really a dialogue SCORE GOOD TO GET A GOOD JOB, SCORE GOOD TO GET GOOD COLLEGE. But even there is no one who told us how to score well. what basically I want to tell is that first determine what a student wants to be Engineer, Doctor, Software developer, Lawer, or anything that he wanted to be.
Guys what is the purpose of telling all of this is only to find the reasons why freshers are struggling India to get a job. Because In the last year of their academics they even don't know what will they do after their graduation And the result is struggling (I Include my self also in it). And if the person is ready with his or her dream then there is another big phase that is called as Experience. That word Experience is like a hanging rope for the freshers because when they were in college no one told them when you'll roam in the market then the market wants an Experienced person to work with them. we just thought that as we graduate we will get 15k-20k As starting salary after that as we grow with Company our salary also grow. But the reality is totally different as we thought. Whos fault is this it is our fault?? or it is our Teachers fault who come in the early morning by letting their small child at home ?? or this is our government fault??? In the end, the result is none of the above.
Guys, when I realize it I really shocked, why people or freshers like you and me not getting a job because we dont chase our dreams yes this is true, guys just look at you inside and tell to your self what you really wanted to be a Singer, Docter, Programmer, Engineer, or anything. Guys I know it sounds weird because you all ask me if this the case then we are here who truly wanted to be a programmer or Engineer or anything then why we are not getting a job. Guys if you really want to be what I mention above then guys, do one thing you are not getting job right but you have knowledge how to code (as I am IT field student I relate with my profession but you can relate it with your profession) then start your small business and do whatever you want.
I know there are some people who are not that much capable to do this due to their financial condition (Including me also) there are lots of other ways just remember one thing IF YOUR FOCUS IS ON YOUR DREAMS THEN THERE IS NO ONE WHO COME IN BETWEEN YOUR DREAM EVEN NOT YOU!!!
Guys As I mentioned in my previous post I am also fresher And I have IT background I am also working toward my Dream just remember THERE WILL BE LOTS OF FAILURE IN YOUR LIFE BUT DONT FAIL FROM YOUR INSIDE. Guys for your motivation I just want you all to Google a Person whos Name Is JIM KWIK and read about him. He was a person with a broken brain but now he is the Brain Master Just read about him then you will never fail again.
So Guys its time to say Bye to all of you I don't know my articles are helpful for you or not I am not professional in anything I just want to share my views about What Freshers actually facing in today's environment If you have any suggestion or query then please contact me or comment me below I feel great to hear from you. If You find this blog is helpful then share it to with your FRESHER friend. Thank You!!
