Hello Friends Today I have One most effective topic in India I don't no about other countries I will also make research later on it but Today I want to tell you something about fresher life in India.
How Freshers Get Rejected By Saying That Company Wants Experienced One???
Guys at a point we all were freshers. Freshers who get a job now they become Experienced and who did not get the job they are still freshers. In Today's Market whenever a Student Get graduated and now he or she searches for a job relevant to his or her profile he or she walks miles in day to attain a single interview and he/she doesn't know if they will get the job or not but he or she walks only for the interview by hoping that if he/she get the job then he or she fulfill their as well as their parents dream. But whenever a fresher goes for an Interview then after taking 10-15 minutes Interview the last feedback or result of any of the interview is SORRY YOU ARE FRESHER WE DONT HAVE ANY VACANCIES FOR FRESHERS This is the result I am not saying that it is the 100% case But 80-90% case is what I mentioned in above.
How Freshers will Get Experience???
Guys this is the most important question to all of them who Rejects us or not selected us as freshers by saying that they want experienced one.
From Where We Get Experience????
Guys my Question is If 80-90% of fresher not getting a job by saying that you are freshers then from where we get experience to work with them Right?? wherever we go every company wants Experience person. If this is the case then one day Market will Overflow with the number of freshers and many more problems will occur. Guys We just pass out ok in any of the graduations or even not graduated 12th pass or any qualification. 15-18 years we just study by hoping that this study will give us a good job in the future and we handle the current situation of our family. But After 15-18 years of study we get reject by saying a single word Freshers then how and from where we get experience because everybody in the market wants experienced one We know why they want they have to take there company to high but freshers have that much ability by learning the job they also learn what is good for our company and how to take our company to next level. But if you reject every fresher then what should freshers do???
To get experience fresher should work and if you not hiring fresher then where they work and from where they get experience i am not claiming that 100% the market uses the same strategy but most of them does it. and rairly we find a company or small offices which hire us as fresher with a very low salary of 5000INR-10,000INR per month. In most case i include my self in it we have to change our profession. Because we have to run our home and we want income and we work by changing our profession and by killing our dreams because we belongs form middle class family. We dont have too much time to wait because our parents whos ages are like 50 and above also work and whenever we saw them work we fill like super guilty because now we are graduated it is the time when we children have to care our parents with rest and their need but by not getting any job or any good job we are unable to do this because our salary is not capable to handle our home's need.
Yesterday I meet with my friend who is engineer and have done lots of courses like autocade, solid work, catia and many more but he is not getting job wherever he goes the same question is came which I mentioned above guys this is our Today's market I am not blaming anyone I am just want to tell that if freshers not get hired then from where fresher carry the experience because at the college time company not hiring us because we are on study and after study completion we cant get job as freshers.
Again I am saying that I am not blaming anyone I wrote whatever I felt and Whatever I saw. Just change the mind towards freshers and give us opportunities to work with you after getting job if we not capable of doing the job then this is our problem, not yours but DON'T REJECT US AS A FRESHERS.
